It’s you, it’s me, it's the growing society of individuals who no longer tolerate the antiquated traditions that keep our innate exceptionalism veiled. It's the network of extraordinary people who deeply explore, design, and illuminate the process of their inevitable- but powerful- transformation while empowering those around them to do the same. It's the free thinkers, the deep feelers, the laborers for love, the activists, the teachers, the creatives, the healers, and light-workers who acknowledge that although we are each on our own evolutionary journey, we travel together all the same. We advocate the notion that our identity isn't static and that we are under no obligation to be the same person we were yesterday. We confidently accept the inevitability of change, trusting our inherent capabilities to open doors to opportunities and experiences beyond our wildest dreams.

Hell yes, but what do earrings have to do with that?

Leather embodies power and, like us, it is inherently strong and stunning in transformation. IN8POWER earrings are crafted by hand with intention. When worn, they act as an icon to acknowledge and amplify the unapologetic self-confidence honed from the deeply- emotional process of your innately powerful evolution and symbolizes your intention to empower others.

Ahh, yes- statement earrings definitely make a statement! Who’s the artist?

Hi! It’s me, Jerrica, founder of IN8SOCIETY. If you’ve been following my journey, you have seen how many iterations I (and this website/business) have been through (lolsob). Like all areas of life, this section of my website is a work in progress. I have a lot to share about my journey but because it is soooo personal, I want to be sure it’s fully cooked before I serve it to ya! I so appreciate you existing in my life and your kindness and support (the village) mean the world to me. In the meantime, you can get a good idea of what I’m about by following IN8SOCIETY on FB and Insta. Sending so much love to you and yours. XO
